Volume One: The Final Judgment
Series A Tale of Song and Dance
In the magnificent metropolis of Oyo Ọkàn, where nature, technology, and the spirit world exist side by side, Buki is preparing to perform her final judgment as Ìyánífá. After years spent carrying one of the Empire's most sacred and demanding responsibilities, retirement promises something she has long been denied: a life of her own, and a future with Seyi, the man she has loved since they were teenagers.
But on the eve of that new life, an injured young fugitive appears to her with soldiers close behind—and claims he was sent for her.
THE FINAL JUDGMENT begins an Afrofantasy epic of faith, power, family, and the dangerous consequences of questioning the institutions that claim to speak for the divine.
